Phiona is an Engineer, a researcher, a TV host as well as the founder and Director of Novus Innovation Initiative Ltd an NGO that focuses on Tech-Talks, Women in Technology, Research and Career talks in STEM. She is an Innovative holder of a Master of Science in
Information and Communication Engineering from the University of Trento, Italy and as well holds a Bsc. (Hons) Telecommunications Engineering degree. Phiona provides free digital skills training to prepare the next generation of tech workers, with an emphasis on the girl child, in order to eradicate poverty, increase ICT literacy, women's empowerment, and close the gender gap through fostering ICT innovations and entrepreneurship. She is driven by a desire to excel, innovate, and share her knowledge with
others, leaving no one behind.
